Brookhill beef is Arkansas raised, pasture fed cattle.
The herd consist of Hereford cattle, known for their striking red hide and beautiful white faces. All cattle are bred, born and raised at beautiful Brookhill Ranch, located in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains just north of Hot Springs Arkansas.
The cattle are kept on pasture and to finish are giving a daily grain supplement to provide enhanced, grain influenced taste that American beef has become so widely known for.
Our beef is USDA inspected and dry aged 21 days for enhanced flavor.
