If you arrive more than 30 minutes before your assigned check-in time,
you’ll be asked to return closer to your designated time.
Check in Procedure:
Check in at Main Entrance
Drop off medicine with First Aid as needed
Drive to the cabin
Counselors will unload vehicle (Driver remains in vehicle)
Driver can then exit the camp premises or park in Parking Lot A
Camper arrivals after 4:00pm MUST BE APPROVED. Call the camp office @ 501.623.5983 or email the camp office @ info@brookhillranch.com to set up late arrivals.
Closing Ceremony begins at 11:00 and ends at 12:00 each Saturday.
2 Week session ends at 12:00 on
Friday of the 2nd week.
If your campers will be leaving camp early call the camp office @ 501.623.5983
Due to the camp schedule, the office is unable to accomodate early departures the final day of a camp seesion.
Camp Videos and pictures can be pre-purchased and picked up during check out.
Two Week Session
Requirements
Completion of the 2nd grade through the completion of the 9th grade
Completion of the 4th Grade through completion of the 9th grade
General Store Concessions are extra
Camp Menu includes but not limited to, blueberry muffins, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, cereal, chicken strips, spaghetti, pizza, hamburgers, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, etc…

& Shower Houses
Each cabin has a capacity of 18-26 campers with a college-aged Senior Counselor and up to 3 Junior Counselors
Girls Hill and Boys Hill are adequately separated and supervised
Shower houses with restroom facilities are cleaned and inspected daily
Friend groups can be created in your registration portal.
Every Staff member signs a Brookhill Ranch Code of Conduct before they begin their employment. All of our staff completes and passes a background check
Our all Summer Staff goes through extensive training by the Child Advocacy Center of Arkansas and completes a 9 day training specific to Brookhill Ranch Policies and Procedures.
Staff Grade Requirements
Junior Counselor
10th -College
They are not hired for an all summer position. They are not in charge of the bunkhouse or any activities. They assist in all areas.
Assistant Counselor
12th - College
They assist in all areas, lead activities, may be required to temporarily lead a bunkhouse if necessary.
Senior Counselor
College Age
In charge of the running of a bunkhouse and activities.
We do not tolerate bullying, abusive language or the physical endangerment of campers or staff
For the privacy and safety of our campers and staff, campers are not permitted to bring electronic devices, cameras or other recording devices.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate dismissal
Families may request a transfer to another session within the same season and family account, pending availability, but credits for future seasons or other Brookhill events are not offered.
Our trained and background-checked staff are happy to assist with transportation to and from camp to ensure every camper’s arrival and departure are safe and smooth.
To help us plan accordingly, please contact our office prior to booking your camper’s travel plans. This allows our team to coordinate schedules and ensure a staff member is ready to greet your camper at the gate or baggage claim.
Once details are received, we will send a confirmation email with your camper’s pickup and drop-off information, including staff contact numbers for the travel day.
Important Notes:
Airport pickups and drop-offs are available only at LIT (Little Rock) and HOT (Hot Springs).
All transportation arrangements must be made at least two weeks prior to the camp session.
Families are responsible for booking flights that align with camp check-in and check-out times.
